NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following entitled ordinances were introduced at a Council Meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Bogalusa, State of Louisiana, on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
AN ORDINANCE requiring water and sewer accounts for multi-unit properties to be maintained in the name of the property owner unless each unit is individually metered (Introduced by Councilwoman Temples)
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Fiscal Administrator to enter into a Professional Service Agreement with Geaux Techie to provide full IT Services for the City of Bogalusa (Introduced by President Irvine)
AN ORDINANCE establishing regulations and fees for special events, spillover activities, and use of public right-of-way (Introduced by Councilwoman Kates)
AN ORDINANCE ratifying the declaration of an extreme public emergency by the City of Bogalusa regarding the collapse of a 48-inch drainage culvert on Avenue B, authorizing an emergency contract with Grady Crawford, and providing for related matters (Introduced by President Irvine)
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that City Council will meet on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Court Room, Bogalusa, La.
