NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following entitled ordinances were introduced at a Council Meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Bogalusa, State of Louisiana, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
AN ORDINANCE to approve the Planning & Zoning request to rezone 803 & 805 East 5th Street, Bogalusa, Louisiana from Residential A-3 to Commercial to be used as a car lot (Introduced by Vice President Smith)
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Bogalusa Fire Department to use the property located in the empty field across from 599 Industrial Parkway Drive, Bogalusa, Louisiana for training purposes (Introduced by Councilwoman Hillman)
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that City Council will meet on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Court Room, Bogalusa, La, at which time there will be a public hearing on the adoption of aforesaid ordinances.
